It is not even a little bit hard. It just requires trying a little bit harder.

It is not even a little bit hard. It just requires trying a little bit harder.

Will Guidara

What's one thing you've been putting off — not because you're truly too busy, but because it asks more of you than you're ready to give right now?

Sometimes the biggest obstacle isn't the difficulty of the task.

It's the story we tell ourselves before we even begin.

We call things hard when they're really just inconvenient, uncomfortable, or unfamiliar. But there's something else quietly happening too — we often reach for the metrics that are easiest to measure, not the ones that actually matter. And when the real metric is harder to track, we convince ourselves nothing is moving.

Progress is often closer than we think.

The same thing happens in our relationships. We say we don't have time to call someone we miss. But the truth? The call would take two minutes. What we don't have is the willingness to feel that moment fully — the warmth, the love, the reminder of what actually matters.

We delay the simplest things and call it a busy life.

Growth often hides in that little bit harder.

One more revision.
One more practice round.
One more brave conversation.
One more call you've been putting off. 🌱

📝 Try This:

  1. Pick up the phone and call someone who came to mind just now. Two minutes. Their voice. Tell them you were thinking of them.
  2. Pick one area where you've felt stuck and ask yourself honestly: Am I measuring the right thing? Sometimes we're making progress — we just can't see it because we're looking in the wrong place.
