Being more than a Tutor: Berwin is a Mentor-Coach
While school subject mentoring is at the core of Berwin’s services, where he equips learners with knowledge and effective and efficient techniques to master various subjects, he believes that learning is a lifelong journey. As a mentor, he provides learners with proven methods to learn better and faster.
He also acts as a coach, partnering with learners in a thought-provoking and motivational process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. He aims to help learners discover and tap into their underlying potential in various areas. Berwin is his learners’ mentor-coach.
The 90-10 Effort Rule
Achieving success in learning is a collaborative journey between the Mentor-Coach and the student. While Mentor-Coaches are committed to guiding students in mastering theories and techniques, this effort represents just 10% of the path to success.
We champion a model of sustainable learning where students are equipped with the skills to become independent learners and achieve exceptional results. We encourage students to take charge of their education and contribute the remaining 90% of the effort. This empowers them to own their achievements and fuels their motivation to reach even greater heights.
